September 22, 2020 the scientific event « The Day of Science at NAU" was held for pupils at National Aviation University online. The event was attended by 56 pupils of schools and students of colleges of Kyiv region.
The purpose of the event is to attract gifted pupils to research activities in various fields of science and technology and it is conducted as part of the university program "Gifted personality" and commissioned by the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The participants of the event were greeted by Professor Natalia Muranova, Doctor of Pedagogy, the Director of the Institute of Innovative Educational Technologies of NAU, who noted the importance of scientific self-development of pupils for their future professional realization.
As part of the event, students listened to a scientific lecture "How economic laws work in Ukraine ", conducted by Associate Professor Liudmyla Lakhtionova, PhD (Economical Sciences), Deputy Director of the Institute of Innovative Educational Technologies of NAU.
It was discussed the history and reasons for the development and implementation of the Law of Ukraine, the main task of transformation of the national accounting system was revealed; the work of the principles of accounting and financial reporting were covered on practical examples, forms of organization of accounting at enterprises were indicated. The general requirements, submission and disclosure of financial statements were detailed and attention was focused on the relevant changes of the period of quarantine established for the purpose prevention of the spread of coronavirus disease in Ukraine (COVID-19).
