On August 28, 2020, the first  series of scientific and practical online webinars for educators "Targeted interviewing and counseling. Promoting personal development» was launched.

The event was organized by the Institute of Innovative Educational Technologies of NAU.   The initiator is the director, Doctor of Pedagogy, Professor Natalia Muranova.

The speaker of the webinar is Bohdan Piontkovskyi-Vykhvaten, PhD (Pedagogical Sciences), psychologist-analyst, group psychotherapist, psychologist of the Center for talented pupils and students of IIET NAU.

Online counseling is a new area of ​​psychological and pedagogical practice. Online communication is the communication of the inner state of one person with the inner state of another. Interviews and counseling were considered by webinar participants from an online perspective.

The speaker emphasized how a teacher can help students define themselves in the professional world and noted that career guidance interviewing and counseling is an individual job that requires focus on the interview.

The  Institute of Innovative Educational Technologies of NAU wishes the participants of the webinar success in mastering their own style of communication.
