Opening the event, NAU Rector Volodymyr Isaienko emphasized the importance of communication and exchange of experience between scholars from different countries. He noted that innovations in science and education are the bearers of Ukraine's spiritual and intellectual perspective, based on progressive scientific ideas.
Law Faculty Dean Iryna Sopilko noted that the Law Faculty has established and pursues its networking efforts covering foreign higher educational facilities and professionals in various fields of law – toward innovative development of legal science. She expressed hope that the conference will remain an open discussion platform to discuss the issues of reforming legal science and the prospects for its further innovative development.
